A Leyland-based Christian bookseller and publisher has purchased warehouse premises at a popular industrial estate in the area.
TenofthoseLtd. has bought Unit C1 Haslemere Industrial Estate, Tomlinson Road, Leyland from a private vendor. Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP and Lambert Smith Hampton acted as joint agents on behalf of the vendor. The 10,883 sq ft property will assist the new owners in their support of Christian mission through the provision of quality Christian resources and provides benefits such as a 6.2 metres eaves height, concertina loading doors and contained two storey offices.
