Buyers Found for Seneca House, Blackpool

A financial consultancy has bought Seneca House in Blackpool from liquidators at PwC. 

The two storey, self-contained office building at Blackpool International Business Park provides a total of 15,000 sq ft of space. The first floor is let to The Insolvency Service. 

PwC is the liquidator for former owners Rok Developments. The buyer has not been named. TFC and Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the Vendor and the purchaser was represented by Wignall Brownlow.
