Building work starts at Haven Road Lytham

The site was assembled for E H Booth & Co. Ltd. in two separate parcels by Robert Pinkus & Co. from Lancashire County Council and Metier Developments Ltd. Building work has already commenced. Demolition of the existing buildings on site has already taken place and the foundations are currently being laid. The new store is expected to open in Summer 2007 and will create approximately 200 jobs for the local area.
The existing store on Market Square will remain open throughout the building works where customers can find out more about their new store.
