A surge of deals has seen all the units at a new Blackpool Business development snapped up since the launch of the project just 12 months ago. A total of 22,002 sq ft of refurbished accommodation has been let at Vicarage Lane, a development combining warehouse and trade counter premises located near to junction 4 of the M55 motorway in a mixed commercial and residential area at Blackpool South. Take up of units at the site include significant lettings to companies such as Topps Tiles, Screw Fix, Kitchens 4 Less and Planet Kaos. The final unit is currently under offer and is due to complete shortly.
Prominently placed and proving a popular location with local businesses, the development at Vicarage Lane comprises a former car dealership made up of seven individual units and boasts ample parking for 58 cars in a landscaped setting. Adjacent occupiers to the site include Focus, Glynn Webb and Floors to Go, with Asda, Allied Carpets, Carpet Right and Storeys also within close proximity to the site. Vicarage Lane Developments Ltd. are behind the development and Robert Pinkus & Co. and Colliers CRE acted as joint agents on the project.
