Blackburn Theatre School Moves to Altham

Clare Bruce Talent Theatre School has taken 3,000 sq ft of space at Jupiter House, Mercury Rise, adjacent to the entrance of Altham Business Park on a three year lease from landlords GMB Trade Union. Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the landlords.
The modern two storey office offers the theatre school features such as an attractive full height, glazed glass entrance, air conditioning and heating and nine car parking spaces in a landscaped site. The property is less than 1/2 a mile from junction 8 of the M65 motorway and mid-way between the towns of Blackburn and Burnley.
