A popular industrial estate in Lytham St Annes is now successfully trading at full capcity after a recent letting to a local flooring specialist.
Mountain & Cowell, a local supplier of quality flooring for over 60 years, takes a new industrial unit at Lidum Park Industrial Estate, Boundary Road, Lytham.
Unit 11 Lidun Park provides the new tenants with 1,100 sq ft, modern, factory warehouse premises of portal steel construction, an eaves height of 4.6 metres, a metal roller shutter goods door, ample parking and loading faciltiies. They join other established traders on the site such as Barons Ltd, Blackpool Motor Works and The Forge at Lytham.
Mountain & Cowell take the premises on a new 12 month lease from landlord Cabjet Ltd. with Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP acting on behalf of the landlord.
