We are pleased to report that a successful National Quality Assurance and IT software and testing company has moved its head office to a key location on Preston Riversway Docklands.
Test-Direct have taken 4,261 sq ft at 3a Albert Edward VII Quay, Navigation Way. They make the move from city centre offices to the marina which has been let from landlords Mapeley Group. We acted on behalf of the landlords with our joint agents BDH.

Other occupiers in the development include KPMG, The Football legaue and Yorkshire Bank.
