3 New Year Deals at Unicentre

The first deal sees A4E Ltd. letting 671 sq ft of space for a period of 3 years. The Carers Federation takes 312 sq ft of space and Real Time Training Ltd. will take a further 1,724 sq ft of office space for 3 years.


7,000 sq ft of office space is still available on ground and fourth floors and ranges from 300 sq ft to 6,786 sq ft.
