We undertake Valuations for lending, balance sheet, taxation and other purposes in accordance with the current edition of the Appraisal and Valuation Standards issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (The Red Book) and are appointed panel valuers to the majority of the major Banks for commercial property in the North West.

We maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance at a level in excess of that required by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
