Due to our continuing expansion, we are seeking two dynamic surveyors to join our team. The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and sound business awareness, be computer literate and possess the ability to work on their own initiative. Working knowledge of the local market would be a distinct advantage.

GENERAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR

The role incorporates lease renewals, rent reviews and valuations of a varied portfolio including retail, industrial and offices.

AGENCY SURVEYOR

A strong emphasis on the disposal and acquisition of office and industrial premises throughout the North West region.
