Increase in Office Activity on Preston Docklands

We are pleased to report that Preston Docklands has seen a resurgence of commercial property activity with a number of notable lettings taking place over the first quarter of 2016.
More than 29,000 sq ft has been let to over 10 different new occupiers on the Riversway Docklands including a 10 year letting to The Cumbria and Lancashire Community Rehabilitations Company Ltd and lettings to The National Examining Board for Dental Nurses, Soccer Manager Ltd, Community Life Choices, ITGroup UK Ltd, 3Man Factory Ltd and Amp Information Systems Ltd, to name just a few.
