We have been retained to search and acquire sites meeting the criteria below for the development of Petrol Filling Stations together with convenience stores.

What: Roadside sites of minimum 0.4 acres on arterial routes. These sites can be brownfield, greenfield, redundant petrol stations or undeveloped sites.
Where: Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cumbria & North Wales.
Who: Margram have been specialising in developing petrol filling stations for 15 years and have begun an extremely acquisitive expansion programme throughout the UK to acquire PFS sites with convenience stores.
When: Immediate but ongoing. We are negotiating on seven sites throughout the NW since the start of the year and are hungry for more.
